Online Group Instruction and Coaching Sessions
Live, online group meetings with Melissa, a licensed psychotherapist, trauma expert and mindfulness guide. In these meetings, we dive deeply into the science and practice of transforming workplace stress into workplace wellness. There are lectures, discussions, as well as experiential exercises in each meeting.
Live group meetings can be structured to suit your employee’s schedules. We can do live sessions, and / or record live sessions for others to view asynchronously. They can be for small or large groups, though the quality of interaction changes considerably the larger the group is.
Individual Coaching
The opportunity to ask me questions directly—for the duration of the coaching period—and receive recorded feedback within a 48-hour period, on weekdays. This option is only available for groups of 12 or fewer. A version of this can be done with larger groups, where I hold office hours and address pre-submitted questions that are reviewed in advance and addressed according to themes of what types of things people are struggling with, curious about or need clarification on.
